Darren has been actively involved in preparing companies for introduction to the AIM markets and new share issues.
In addition, he has project managed numerous AIM transactions through to completion, liaising with other advisors throughout.
Darren has also acted on a number of transactions including disposals and acquisitions which involved the preparation of business plans and financial projections, grooming businesses for sale, the preparation of sales memoranda and hand holding clients through the sale and acquisition process.
