Marc Fecher is a founder of the business. He has worked in a variety of projects. His role is to support and manage client engagements, in mergers and acquisitions and fund raising for both listed and private companies.
As a director of Devonshire Corporate Finance Ltd. He focuses on all aspects of deal origination, negotiation and structuring for business in the mid market.
In July 2002 Marc was also elected to and now sits on the Executive Committee of the Corporate Finance Faculty of the ICAEW. In January 2004 Marc was elected to the Corporate Sector Panel of the ACCA and is current chairman.
